- Graduated from related departments of universities,
- Fluent in English is must,
- Experienced in Import and Export processes,
- Experienced or willing to learn about invoicing, packing list, logistics documentation and customs procedures,
- Knowledge of Microsoft office programs,
- Experienced in operational business execution,
- Result oriented with problem solving ability
- Inclined to teamwork and solution-oriented,
- Able to adapt to intense working tempo and flexible working hours when necessary
- Will support sales activities,
- Able to carry out reporting, filing and documentation works,
- Careful, attentive and systematic working,
- High communication skills, strong coordination ability, open to innovations and learning

Job description
- Creation and approval of the coordinated lists of the orders transferred from the sales team with the warehouse
- Managing customer relations,
- Offering a price offer,
- To follow up the orders until the shipment stage,
- To follow up invoices,
- Checking the packing lists,
- Carrying out customs and logistics procedures,
- Meeting the after-sales support requests,
- Managing the process in communication with the sales team
- To manage and follow up the operations realized within the scope of responsibility and to support field sales activities,
